ND Strupler, a Swiss national born on May 4th, 1973, embarked on a remarkable journey. After completing his studies, he devoted 17 years to ICF Zurich, serving as a youth pastor and leadership coach within the leadership team. In 2013, ND and his family relocated to Siem Reap, Cambodia, where they founded ICF Cambodia. Since then, ND has actively engaged in diverse projects, including establishing a Wake Park business, teaching public speaking and financial literacy at the local universities.

Martin Strupler, a Swiss national born in 1974, is a professional with experience in mechanical engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership roles across various industries. He has contributed to establishing a Leadership School and a church before moving to Cambodia with his wife to work in ICF Cambodia Leadership team.
He is a member of the Board of Directors at ICF Cambodia.
